Rick has been involved in the CCBF since its inception in 1995 as it was then called the Pennsbury Land Trust Balloon Festival. As I like to say we have had “lots of ups and downs“ I have attended many balloon festivals, and always come back with something new that we should add to make our festival the best.
Rick is very proud of the way the Chester County Balloon Festival has grown and taken on a roll in the County as a major attraction each year. He contributes the success of the festival to the team he has in place and loves the enthusiasm along with the expertise each one brings.
Greg Cazillo has been involved in many facets of the Chester County Balloon Festival for about 10 years. Starting off as just a crew member, he now manages all facets of technology to keep everyone organized and simpify day to day operations. Greg also manages the website and is a partner in his IT company TechSynergy LLC.
Greg's career started in photography, and many of the images you see here were captured by him. While not a regular part of his day to day, he still enjoys the technical and creative side of photography and giving joy to someone with his creative style.
Mike Judge serves as the dedicated operations manager for the Chester County Balloon Festival, a role that allows him to blend his passion for ballooning with his organizational expertise. His journey into the world of ballooning began in 2007, when he experienced the thrill of his first tethered balloon ride at the first annual Chester County Balloon festival. This initial encounter ignited a lifelong passion for the skies, and by the age of 16, Mike had earned his student pilot's license. Today, he proudly holds his pilot’s license and continues to pursue his love for aviation.
As operations manager, Mike plays a pivotal role in ensuring that each festival runs seamlessly, meticulously overseeing every detail from logistics to participant coordination. His commitment to excellence and unwavering enthusiasm for ballooning make him an invaluable asset to the Chester County Balloon Festival, where he continues to inspire others to share in the magic of flight.

Hi there! I’m a passionate Social Media Director at CCBF, bringing a touch of NYC flair to the beautiful landscapes of Pennsylvania since 2016. As a proud Rose Tree soccer mom to an adventurous teen boy and a devoted rescue dog mom, I thrive on creating engaging content that captures the joy of flight and the beauty of nature. When I’m not crafting captivating posts or planning our next big event, you can find me hiking scenic trails or snapping photos that tell a story. I believe in building connections through authentic storytelling and vibrant visuals, and I’m excited to share our love for hot air ballooning with you!
